MICRON 
The instrument which proves indispensable for all enterprises, small and large alike, involved in making slots for assembling solid wooden parts, such as components for chairs, tables, furniture in general, etc..
Its operation is extremely straightforward, and the slots are produced by combining the oscillating movement of the spindle with the advance of the tables.
The instrument can also be used to make perfectly cylindrical holes instead of slots by locking the spindle in its "zero" position and running the table-advance function only.  Angled slots can be obtained by tilting the workpiece tables
