Team
The end cut-off Molding and Boring machine mod. TEAM is composed of
three working units; the circular saw for cutting to length of the
workpieces, the vertical spindle for molding and the boring
assembly which is equipped with multi-bit drilling heads.
All working units are hydraulically controlled.
The machine may be used for a variety of job requirements, including end
cutting off - curved shoulder molding and boring, or end cutting off -
boring, etc.
Nine different work programs are available on the machine.
They permit the use of all three working units, or two or
only one of them, or a different operation succession, according to
the type of work required.

Its precision, particularly, relies on design features which make this
machine one of a kind.
-the worktable is stationary for all operations, while the different
working units (molding unit included) subsequently treat the
workpiece as determined by the work program chosen. Even
long work pieces can, consequently, be processed with absolute
precision;
-progressive cutting-off, thanks to
the pendulum movement of the blade;
-molding unit retraction during return feed. Thanks to this
system the cutter will not go over the milling just completed, thus
leaving its precision unaltered. The different work programs
available and the possibility of executing pieces with three compound
angles (the table can, in fact, be tilted sideways) make the machine
suitable for innumerable applications.
Set-ups are extremely simple: semi-automatic positioning of the working
units-precision positioning of the boring head-millimetrated and
graduated scales read out
systems.
