| MATCH
is a double-sided cut-off, moulding and boring machine that
simultaneously machines both ends of parts for chairs, tables and other
pieces of furniture, frames, window and door components, and countless
other items.
The working units are moved by a hydraulic system. The MATCH ensures precision parts, even with big tilt angles. To guarantee this type of performance, the machine has a very rigid base, thanks to a special heat treatment. The working units are held in place by a particular locking system designed to ensure the best possible results.
MATCH embodies the experience of the Balestrini models built since 1980 and its design takes into account the machining requirements that today's sophisticated furniture design requires (such as highly curved, complex workpieces that until a short time ago had to be manufactured manually or on single-sided machines).

The
END CUT-OFF BORING AND MOULDING machine mod. MATCH is double-sided and
is designed so that during the same cycle it can work on both ends of
chair, table, frame, and other furniture parts. Their working units can be
set up in a wide range of positions. So this machine can handle highly
curved and complex workpieces which had to be done manually or on
single-sided machines until quite recently. The operating sequence of the
working units is controlled by PLC and the working units are moved by a
